This independent national Safety Awards is industry backed and is the ultimate recognition for the Homebuilding sector.

The HSAs are widely needed for the Homebuilding sector, designed to recognise some of the fantastic work that’s being done in our industry, it’s also to recognise the hard work and dedication put in from conception to completion by some of the industry’s best Homebuilding teams.

Thank you to all the applicants. We’ve been overwhelmed by the number of submissions nationally.

The auditing phase will be completed by the end of September. There will be a number of shortlisted sites which will go through to the independent judging panel. Those sites will be notified individually.

The Grand Ballroom at the Grand Hotel Birmingham – our elegant venue for the 2025 HSA Gala Awards night.

  • Final judging for the Sites and Special Categories by the independent panel

  • Invitations to ceremony sent to shortlisted finalists in all categories

  • Gala Awards Ceremony
